Are the jewels really handmade?

Yes, absolutely. Each piece of jewelry is entirely handmade by Anna, piece by piece. All stages of processing – from stone selection to final assembly – are carried out manually, with care and artisanal attention to detail.

As in any artisanal creation, some supporting components – such as wires, clasps, and spacers – are standard industrial production elements, chosen for quality and durability. But it is the artisan's hand that transforms them into something unique: it is the natural stones, selected one by one, that give each piece of jewelry its unrepeatable identity. No two stones are alike, and this is what makes each piece truly exclusive.

Can I order a custom necklace?

Yes! We create custom pieces upon request. If you have a particular stone in mind, a color combination, a specific length, or a special occasion, contact us at info@creollanedianna.it and we will create the jewelry of your dreams together.
Please note: customized items are non-refundable, as they are made to order.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Shipping times vary based on the destination. In general:

Italy: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its delivery.

How do I request a return?

Are the materials natural?

Yes. We use selected natural stones such as agate, amethyst, quartz, onyx, jade, turquoise, pearls, and many others. Each stone is unique in shape, color, and veining – it is precisely this uniqueness that makes each piece of jewelry unrepeatable.

Are all the jewels unique?

Yes. Even when we create multiple pieces following the same design, the natural stones used will always be different from one another. Shades, veins, and reflections vary from stone to stone: this means that the piece of jewelry you choose exists only once in the world.
