Terms and conditions of sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website creollanedianna.it and the purchase of products offered by Creollane di Anna — Gioielli Handmade (hereinafter "Seller"). By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and fully accepted these terms.

2. Products

All jewelry sold on creollanedianna.it is handmade with natural stones and selected materials. As each natural stone is unique in shape, color, and veining, products may show slight variations compared to the images displayed on the website — this is an intrinsic part of their handcrafted nature and does not constitute a defect.

Prices indicated are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders and Sales Contract

The order submitted by the customer constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is finalized upon order confirmation sent by email by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability or pricing errors.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through the Shopify Payments platform. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as payment methods available at checkout. The Seller does not have access to the customer's payment card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping is available in Italy and Europe. Shipping times and costs are indicated at checkout. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond their control (force majeure, strikes, etc.).

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products made to order and customized creations are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code.

7. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which is 2 years from the delivery date. In case of a lack of conformity, the customer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, photographs, logos) is the exclusive property of Creollane di Anna and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorization.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the purchase, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
